Step 1: Select and Order Your Resume
The process will begin by choosing the specific service(s) you would like and placing your order.
1. If you are ordering online and paying with paypal simply follow the links on the order page to make the payment.
2. If you are mailing your payment, please email Amy at ae@resumesthatwork.org to place your order and obtain the mailing address.
Step 2: Create/Update Your Resume
Once I receive your order and payment, I will request you to email or fax me a copy of your outdated resume and/or cover letter to update. If I will be creating from scratch, I will email a customized questionnaire form that will allow me to obtain information that will be needed to create your resume.
You will have 2 options. 1. You can complete the form and send back to me via email or fax. 2. We can schedule a phone meeting and I can obtain your information via telephone.
Reformat/Revise Your Resume
Once I receive your order and payment, I will request you to email or fax me a copy of your existing resume and/or cover letter.
Step 3: Resume Will Be Sent Via Email
After you have submitted all of the information back to me, you will receive your completed documents via email within 5 business days.
