What makes you qualified to write my resume?
I hold a BA in English. My business partner holds a BA in Business. Together we offer 27+ years experience screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a demanding corporate environment. After reviewing hundreds of resumes we knew which ones stood out from the rest.
How do I pay for your services?
We accept payment through Paypal via debit card, credit card, e-check or even with your Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account, there is no need to sign up for one to complete your order.
Do you offer refunds?
We are unable to offer refunds because of the nature of our services, but we will work with you on your resume until you are completely satisfied for up to 7 days.
How do you deliver the resume?
The resume will be delivered to you as a Microsoft Word, PDF file, and ASC II version via email.
How long does the process take?
Once I have received your payment and information, it takes 5 business days to get your resume to you (excluding weekends). Since I do all of the work myself, sometimes it may take longer if I have multiple projects going on. I will let you know the exact time frame before you place your order.
