Q: How does the process work?

Q: What makes you qualified to write my resume?
A: I hold a BA in English.  My business partner holds a BA in Business.  Together we offer 27+ years experience screening, interviewing and hiring candidates in a demanding corporate environment.  After reviewing hundreds of resumes we know which ones stood out from the rest.  
   

Q: How do I pay for your services?
A: We accept payment through Paypal via debit card, credit card, e-check or even with your Paypal          account.  If you don't already have a Paypal account, there is no need to sign up for one to complete your order. 

 


Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do not offer refunds because of the nature of our services,  but we will work with you on your resume until you are completely satisfied.


Q: How do you deliver the resume?
A: The resume will be delivered to you as a microsoft word document via email.  At your request, I can also send the resume to you in a PDF file and plain text format. There is no charge for these two documents.
 

Q: How long does the process take?
A: Once I have received your payment and information, it takes 5 business days to get your resume to you (excluding weekends). Since I do all of the work myself, sometimes it may take longer if I have multiple projects going on. I will let you know the exact time frame once you have placed your order.
 

Q: Do I need a cover letter?
A: Yes.  The cover letter forms an integral part of your career-marketing package.
